This is an on-site role ideal for someone who enjoys working face-to-face with cross-functional teams and navigating the exciting pace of a thriving tech company.
What You’ll Do
As a Product Manager at Roxnor, you’ll own the “what” and the “why” behind product features while collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and support teams. Your focus will span the entire product development lifecycle, from strategy and ideation to launch and optimisation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
🧠 Product Strategy & Discovery
- Define product goals and success metrics in alignment with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities based on user feedback, analytics, competitor research, and stakeholder inputs.
- Maintain a strong product vision informed by data, market trends, and customer needs.
🗂️ Backlog Grooming & Feature Planning
- Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritise features based on impact, feasibility, and technical dependencies.
- Maintain a well-organised, up-to-date product backlog that is ready for execution.
🎨 Design Collaboration
- Work closely with the design team to ensure UI/UX aligns with customer expectations and brand standards.
- Ensure wireframes and prototypes reflect core functionality and usability goals.
🛠️ Sprint Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning to define scope and clarify objectives.
- Ensure alignment across teams and proactively manage trade-offs, blockers, and risks.
- Run daily stand-ups, track progress, and maintain momentum through sprints.
🔍 QA, Testing & Launch
- Collaborate with QA to define test cases and ensure releases meet quality standards.
- Coordinate launch activities, documentation, release notes, and internal training.
- Oversee smooth rollouts while ensuring infrastructure and support are prepared.
📈 Post-Launch Monitoring & Iteration
- Track feature adoption, usage metrics, and customer feedback after release.
- Drive continuous improvement by iterating based on real-world insights.
- Keep stakeholders updated with performance reports and recommended actions.
🔄 Agile Rituals & Process Improvement
- Lead sprint reviews and retrospectives to reflect on what worked and what can improve.
- Implement process optimisations that increase team efficiency and product quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech, SaaS, or product-based company.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Proven experience in turning customer needs into actionable product plans.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, GitScrum, Trello, or similar.
- Must be available for on-site work.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in the WordPress and/or SaaS ecosystem.
- Familiarity with software development workflows (you don’t need to code, but understanding helps!).
- Basic knowledge of version control tools like Git.
- Previous experience collaborating with marketing and support teams to drive product adoption.
ℹ️ Additional Info:
Working Days
- 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday)
- Office time: 8 am to 5 pm
Salary Range
- 50,000 – 80,000 BDT/month (Based on your experience)
