We’re hiring a 🌟 Digital Content Creator 🌟 with at least 1-3 years of experience to join our amazing marketing team at Roxnor, the parent company of XpeedStudio, GetGenie AI, and Wpmet! The ideal candidate should have expertise in content creation for companies or individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and original content tailored for various platforms (blogs, social media, websites, emails, etc.)
- Conduct market and audience research to understand content trends, competitor positioning, and user preferences
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with different campaigns and overall brand strategy
- Create short-form videos or reels, participating both behind the scenes and on camera when needed
- Execute Video marketing campaigns with proper planning, segmentation, and automation tools
- Manage and grow social media presence and community engagement across platforms like Facebook, Twitter (X), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Monitor content performance and apply data-driven insights to improve reach and engagement
🔍 What We’re Looking For
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong understanding of digital content trends, formats, and platforms
- Proven experience in content creation across mediums, including blogs, social media, video scripts, email copy, etc.
- Ability to write clear, creative, and compelling copy tailored to specific audiences and platforms
- Comfortable creating content for the camera and delivering voiceovers when needed for reels or video explainers
- Familiar with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Reddit, TikTok) and how to craft content that performs well on each
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work with marketing, design, and product teams on multiple content projects
- Experience in digital marketing (organic, content, email & social media) preferred. Bonus for SEO, paid ads, and automation skills.
Required Experience :
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Creating Content
- The candidate should provide a front-facing video, at least 2 minutes long, introducing themselves and giving a concise overview of how our products work.
- (Preferred and Prioritized) Experience in marketing digital products (i.e., SaaS, WordPress plugins, content making, etc.)
- Comfortable appearing on camera for recording and providing voice-overs (English) for marketing content
Educational Qualifications:
- 🙌 No specific educational requirements! However, a native English accent is preferred.
- Your work and portfolio should showcase your skills and experience rather than your academic background.
ℹ️ Additional Info:
Working Days
- 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday)
- Office time: 8 am to 5 pm
Salary Range
- 25,000 – 40,000 BDT/month (based on your experience)
