We’re hiring a 🌟 Digital Marketing Executive 🌟 with at least 1-3 years of experience to join our amazing marketing team at Roxnor, the parent company of XpeedStudio, GetGenie AI, and Wpmet! The ideal candidate should have expertise in 📝 Digital Marketing and Content Marketing, preferably for digital products.

📣 Key Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable appearing on camera for recording and providing voice-overs for marketing content
  • Participate in webinars and create short-form videos or reels, both behind the scenes and on camera
  • Managing social media handles and community groups, if needed
  • Identifying customers’ needs and market demands by social listening and active participation in online conversations
  • Write clear and innovative marketing copies along with conversion-oriented sales copies to promote products/brands
  • Being open to feedback from the team on any improvements or corrections

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

Skills and Expertise

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of creating video content and providing voiceovers
  • Sound knowledge of different marketing channels and how they work
  • Should have first-hand experience with digital marketing with proficiency in one or more marketing tools/apps
  • Being clear about how the software industry operates, like managing digital assets, pricing, customer support, transactions, etc.
  • Should be familiar and comfortable with social media and community platforms, especially Reddit, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, etc.
  • Being technically adaptable and analytically capable is a MUST
  • MUST be a team player who’s capable of coordinating team members and handling multiple projects

Required Experience 

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (with an emphasis on social media)
  • Experience in marketing digital products (i.e., SaaS, WordPress plugins, Web applications, etc.)
  • Experience in making self-made video content and storytelling.

Educational Qualifications:

🙌 No specific educational requirements! However, a native English accent is preferred.

Your work and portfolio should showcase your skills and experience, rather than your academic background.

ℹ️ Additional Info:

Working Days

  • 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday)
  • Office time: 8 am to 5 pm

Salary Range

25,000 – 40,000 BDT/month (based on your experience)
